As I understand it though, the fuel system delivers via a series route? correct. Fuel delivery starts at the passangers rear side, moves forward to #1 cylinder, then across to #2, with the return to the tank at #6 drivers rear.Wouldn't just adding a "Y" between the two rails, and delivering fuel in parallel to the two rails be a simple and great improvement? absolutely. I believe that the factor of safety would increase dramatically. However, on the stock rail, this is not exactly 'simple'. This is due primarily to the location of the crossover that connects the two fuel rails together. This crossover is very common for fuel leaks as well. It is located under the throttle linkage. Also, for performance oriented fuel systems, the inlet fuel line is quite small. On TTnet Member Maglito's build, there was extensive binding seen in the stock fuel rails hard feed lines. TTnet Member Alias did his best to free up the binding as the 300Degree fuel rails were not available as even an Alpha or Beta Test.
